Class Details:
Creating Succinct Training Groups
Each participant is required to fill out a Small Group Training Sign Up form via Google Docs. This will help me to build succinct groups (limit of 4 people). So that I can provide everyone with the most effective programing for their skill level.We understand life happens.
Frequency & Scheduling
Sessions will be held twice a week on Tuesday's and Thursday's at Bare Health and Wellness. Once a full group is formed I will facilitate a discussion based on your responses within the sign up form in order to decide on a time of day that fits with everyone’s schedule. And then the time of day will be agreed upon collectively.
Time Commitment & Cost
The programing for these group sessions will progress over the course of an 8 week block and cost options are outlined below.

Hey There! I’m Jess.
I am here to help you build a routine, gain confidence in your abilities and enjoy your training. Your experience in the studio will be tailored to your specific goals as well as help you push pass barriers like mental blocks, old habits, injuries, aches/pains, etc. You will also learn more about yourself, gain new perspective on factors that affect your movement long term, and leave feeling capable without wondering if your moving in the right direction.
The goal with this class is to challenge you while keeping the class size small. We cap our classes at 4 participants in order to give you the ability to ask questions, learn, and feel like you understand how/what you are doing.
Prior knowledge is not necessary. We pride ourselves on meeting you where you are at while still being able to push those who have more experience.
Typical classes focus on strength building and function in a circuit/station based structure. Following our current schedule Tuesday’s are designated for upper body and Thursday’s lower body.
