Hey There! I’m Jess.

Coach, Entrepreneur & Advocate for your Health and Wellbeing.

I’m a rambunctious, extroverted Enneagram 2 from Michigan, who adores her cat to a fault and lives on black coffee of the pour over variety.

Just this year I went from unemployed college student to a self -employed grad in a matter of months. Now I’m here to help educate you on all the different ways your body can move, help you to build your strength and confidence and learn to love your body along the way!

We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves and our bodies. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, more holistic approach to taking care of the most important person in your life, a little bit more each day.

I believe ALL OF OUR BODIES ARE MEANT TO MOVE. Though movement does look different from person to person, the fact of the matter is that WE ARE STILL ABLE TO DO IT. And that right there is what I’m here to help you cultivate. Such a big love and appreciation for YOUR OWN BODY through movement, that you can’t get enough of it and you build it into your everyday life and are overjoyed to share it with others.”
